Matru Chhaya Krushi Farm excelled at growing premium, export-quality organic fruits like Dragon Fruit, Oranges, and Custard Apples. However, their brand presence was non-existent. They had no website, no marketing materials, and no way for potential B2B buyers or direct customers to discover them or validate their quality. The lack of a cohesive brand identity—from a logo to packaging—meant their superior produce was being sold as a commodity, with no story to command a premium price or build customer loyalty.
